Bright idea

In late April members of the Allegheny College Climate Change Initiative
installed 150 compact fluorescent lights in properties owned by the
Crawford County Coalition on Housing Needs. Each compact fluorescent
bulb installed uses only 20 watts of electricity, in comparison to 75 watts for
a standard incandescent light bulb.
