Students in Professor of Environmental Science Eric Pallant’s World
Regional Geography course recently completed a unit on the African
nation of Ghana. As part of their coursework, students created masks
based on traditional masks from Ghana and prepared traditional foods
from the nation. The course also includes units on the Middle East and
Meadville.
